External signage rebrand to over 100 Sanctuary Care Home sites from Aberdeen to Cornwall within an 8 week deadline on behalf of CDP Print Management for their clients at Sanctuary Homes.
To survey, quote, manufacture and install over 300 large format exterior grade signs at various heights throughout the UK. We had to complete the entire project within an extremely tight 8 week deadline, sending through before/after imagery and scheme manager sign off sheets to Sanctuary HQ as verification upon completion of each site along the way.
Motion Graphix split into 4 teams, Survey, Production, Install and Customer Care to ensure that not only did we complete the project within deadline but to guarantee our high standard of quality was maintained and both CDP and Sanctuary HQ were kept up to date along the way.
We completed the surveys, sending through imagery, dimensions and notes to CDP and Motion HQ. The artwork was then created and signed off one region at a time ready for production. We proceeded to print and laminate on day/night shifts whilst liaising with the installation team who were organising all the vans, hotels and travel arrangements nationwide.
Motion Signs & Graphics as always were an absolute pleasure to deal with, they were in control of a complex project from start to finish, achieving what we were told by our client was in their own words "an impossible deadline".
